Hi everyone! 

It has come to my attention that playing in fullscreen mode can cause certain moments of the game, particularly cutscenes, to soft lock the game. I recommend playing in window screen for those portions, though I am unsure which moments in particular are bugged aside from the prologue cutscene where IRyS, Bae, and Kronii bring snail to Fauna and Mumei. I would recommend playing the game entirely in windowed mode to be safe.
